California AB 1305 Disclosures
Under the provisions of California Assembly Bill 1305, Green Earth Carbon Solutions LLC (referred to as “Green Earth Carbon Solutions”) may be classified as engaged in the marketing and/or sale of voluntary carbon offsets within the State of California.
To ensure transparency, we provide the following information on each carbon offset project: (a) an overview of the specific carbon offset projects, (b) accountability procedures applicable if a project fails to deliver or meet its intended emissions reduction or removal benefits, and (c) the essential data and calculation methodologies required to independently verify and reproduce the emissions reduction or removal credits issued.
